Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in Columbus, Ohio. The role is crucial to our non-profit organization, where you will be actively involved in our housing support initiative. Your tasks will be centered around customer service (outbound calls), specifically for individuals who have experience in our weatherization program. Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients through phone calls with the aim of enrolling them in the program • Be prepared for frequent hang-ups, maintaining a professional demeanor throughout • Enter client data accurately and efficiently into our system • Manage client lists effectively, ensuring all records are up to date • Utilize Excel spreadsheets for data management tasks • Resolve any customer inquiries related to the program • Oversee customer accounts and take the necessary action when required • Use Microsoft Outlook for internal and external communication • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients or team members. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or customer service environment • Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook • Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner • Ability to assist customers effectively, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating strong phone etiquette • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer issues promptly and efficiently.
