Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in Port Washington, New York. This role will involve serving as a link between customer service representatives and clients, managing a high volume of phone interactions, and maintaining meticulous control over documentation in the financial services industry. Responsibilities: • Utilize various computer programs and CRM tools to efficiently process customer applications • Provide high-quality email and verbal communication to assist customers with their inquiries • Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a prompt and detail-oriented manner • Maintain precise control over documentation, ensuring all customer credit records are accurate and up-to-date • Utilize Epic Software and ADP for various benefit and billing functions • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions based on their status • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, contributing to overall organizational efficiency.
