Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Ada, Michigan, 49301, United States. As a Customer Success Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with Individual Medicare, Individual & Family Health, and Small Group plans. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction • Generate potential leads through various channels including networking events, client and detail-oriented referrals • Offer tailored advice and create insurance packages that meet the needs and budget of existing and potential clients • Recognize and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling to address coverage gaps as needed • Keep an organized workload and manage appointments, including the maintenance of agency and individual CRM • Ensure precise processing of customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records • Apply your proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, Avaya CMS, Computer Programs, CRM, Epic Software, About Time to meet job demands • Utilize your skills in Answering Inbound Calls, Assisting Customers, Benefit Functions, and Billing Functions to enhance customer experience.
