Our internship position will provide a comprehensive experience of how we develop our supply chain strategies, help support the field sales organization and provide analytical support to reduce supply chain friction and drive annual financial goals.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop knowledge and understanding of the OTC (Over the Counter)/Personal Care industry and Opella CHC (Consumer Health Care) strategies and business practices.Assist our Customer Supply Chain, field sales, manufacturing, demand planning and Transportation teams in achieving key KPI goals.Partner with internal functions such as, Industrial Affairs, Finance, Sales Strategy, Marketing, etc to thread the voice of the customer into the daily actions of the organization.Research and analyse trends utilizing a suite of tools and data resources to answer business questions and identify supply chain opportunities.Develop intern project and deliver final presentation to Opella leadership and peers.Attend intern program development opportunities including coffee chats with key leaders, training sessions, and team building/volunteerism.About You
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Supply Chain, Operations, Business and/or Data Analytics or Business Administration preferred.Candidates must be available 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday during standard business hours in EST.Candidates must be available to participate in a 10-week engagement June – August 2025.Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and project management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organizationAbility to develop and translate strategy into action, utilizing a compelling narrative and motivating othersExtremely organized, dependable, and self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environmentEager to improve oneself, the immediate team, and the greater communityMicrosoft Office proficient; experience with data visualization and modelling tools a plusSanofi Inc. and its U.S. affiliates are Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employers committed to a culturally diverse workforce.
