POSITION OVERVIEW:
As part of the North American Supply Chain organization, the Customer Supply Chain Collaboration Planner is the resource that has responsibility and accountability to influence, improve and manage customer supply chain metrics. The scope includes all aspects of customer interaction and support to enable and influence improvement in supply chain efficiencies for the following focus areas: replenishment and promotional forecast data to support customer demand and production planning, customer inventory levels, cost targets, customer service objectives, order pattern improvements, fines and fees reductions, and transportation and distribution efficiencies. This resource is responsible for actioning with customers, the value-added insights on improvements in efficiency and reduction of supply chain cost.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Utilize our internal reporting capabilities to action collaboration and recommendations with internal departments including Customer Supply Chain, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Sales, Sales Planning, Supply Planning, VMI, Distribution and Transportation to ensure McCormick meets internal and external customer objectives including process improvements, cost reductions, service issue resolution, and efficiencies.
• Serve as a McCormick expert in customer business objectives and strategies, provide recommendations and influence adoption of MKC system settings and customer settings, utilizing expertise, ensuring all McCormick constraints, service settings, lead times, profiles, and all components of the supply chain are accurate and optimal. Action recommendations with Sales and other Customer Supply Chain Managers where applicable to change and update customer replenishment mechanisms.
• Collaborate with assigned customers and internal resources to define expectations, align processes, develop goal transparency and alignment, and gain product and supply chain insights to ensure effective business plans are established to support customer intimacy.
• Effectively communicate internally and externally to support issue resolution and drive awareness against business performance metrics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Finance, Business or related field required 5+ years experience in Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, or related field Experience with (SAP/APO/ Power BI, Tableau) & Advanced Planning Systems or comparable ERP system Advanced user of MS Excel Proficiency in Power BI, Power Point, Word, Tableau Excellent analytical skills - ability to manage & manipulate large amounts of data & convert to clear business information. Demonstrated ability to analyze, trouble-shoot, problem solve and resolve complex issues required. Ability to manage medium/large projects and/or process improvement initiatives with cross functional teams using advanced influencing & leadership skills required. Outstanding communication, organization, and coaching skills required. Demonstrated ability to comfortably present to all levels of leadership in and out of the Supply Chain. Leadership - supervisory responsibility, with support. Self-management of own workload. Handles multiple medium/large projects under the direction of manager or team member and can identify process improvement opportunities. Decision Making - Exercises discretion regarding data points and method of evaluation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Supply Chain Certification(s)-APICs, etc. Experience with specific key account customer dashboards and tools CPG experience VMI, Transportation, Distribution, Integrated Business Planning

Base Salary: $86,390 - $151,220
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
