The Mobility Aftermarket division of Robert Bosch GmbH, have a unique opportunity for a Customer Supply Chain Graduate to join its high performing Original Equipment Service team based in Denham, UK. In this role you will be responsible for several important customer key account relationships.

You will be part of the European Customer Logistics Organization for the Original Equipment Manufacturers based in the UK. The role is ensuring the central Bosch MA Logistics organisation is fulfilling the need of the Customers delivery requests.

Job DescriptionInterface between the customer and our central logistics organisation in all aspects, (i.e. replenishment, transport, and warehouse).Proactive tracking and monitoring of customer orders and delivery dates with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.Implementation, follow-up and contribute to project management of solutions for customer requirements.Management of automated 2-Way Electronic Data Interchange between Bosch and Customers, (i.e. Orders, Confirmations, etc.).Close coordination and collaboration with the sales team.Monitoring stock levels, proactive follow-up of discrepancies.Creation and analysis of KPIs and definition of corrective measures.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supply ChainSuggest process improvements using Digitalization and Automation toolsDeriving recommendations for action using data analysis/interpretations (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).

QualificationsEducation Bachelor in Supply Chain, Data analytics or Related Field.Customer Oriented.Structured and organisedCommunication and Presentation skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills.Able to Multitask and be Flexible.Interest in Engineering, Innovation and / or the Automotive Industry is beneficial.Interest in digitalization and automation tools eg; SQL; VBA; PowerBI
