**About the role:**
+ Play a meaningful role to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of colleagues and others
+ Working safely within the team, aware of hazards within your work area, wider site and operating procedures and preventing incidents from occurring
+ Providing administrative support to co-ordinators across whisky blending, filling, disgorging, warehousing and white spirits areas.
+ updating systems and completing compliance paperwork for samples and arranging their transit to various other sites to support the approval of quality product supplies onward for bottling.
+ Supporting the planning and recording of the movement of upwards of 100 million litres of spirit per annum, with a focus on ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
+ A handle on finances in the realm of the operation.
+ Key supplier to packaging operations as well as exporting brown spirit globally and to external and internal key customers in USA and Asia.
+ Efficient administration of Cameronbridge operations –Whisky, Bulk Exports, White Spirits
+ Ensure compliance with all HMRC requirements and regulations.
+ Ensure internal planning optimised to improve efficiency.
+ Reconciling internal processes with external planning requirements
+ Accurate completion of paperwork and systems for all transactions
+ Dealing and resolving with queries across Cameronbridge
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality Standards.
+ Working in line with operating procedures to ensure all hazards/risks are managed and familiar with hazard/incident reporting processes
+ Commit to grow own capability and experience to the benefit of self, your team and Diageo.
+ Taking ownership of the sampling procedures that support the operation and stock management within the blends and warehousing areas.
+ Innovate ways to improve existing processes to improve efficiency and maximise opportunities to streamline and save cost of cask handling operators. Ensuring compliant completion of paperwork and updating of systems
+ Vat management within the blend's area to ensure vat availability for incoming blends.
+ Ensuring losses and gains are within HMRC tolerances and investigating and reporting of losses and gains out with tolerance.
+ Carrying out compliance checks and investigating and reporting any discrepancies.
+ Completion of monthly W1 and W2
+ Planning daily/weekly blending, in line with packaging demand schedule
+ Attend Daily Operations Review (DOR)
+ Provide Occasional cover for Line manager at Tier 2 Meeting
+ Engage In Society 2030 initiatives across the business.
**Experience / skills required:**
+ Excellent analytical skills with ability to drive improvements.
+ Strong social skills and ability to communicate to all levels across the site.
+ Excellent communication skills, good attitude and professional conduct.
+ Ability to organise a variety of tasks and prioritise self and others accordingly. Experienced in data analysis, use of applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and business systems such as SAP and CE2
+ Able to work as individual but also part of team.
+ Have meticulous attention to detail and be able to work unsupervised.
+ Proven Planning Skills
