As a Customer Supply Manager, you will + Recruit, onboard, train, and develop high-performing team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth. + Monitor and manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost control, financial efficiency, and alignment with company objectives. + Act as the escalation point for operational challenges, leading the resolution of complex issues to maintain seamless supply chain performance. + Oversee supply chain activities in collaboration with internal teams across the US and France, focusing on cost optimization, speed-to-market, and strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations. + Ensure exceptional customer service for Exotec’s North American clients through effective team coaching, development, and the implementation of best practices to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). + Identify and implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction, proactively addressing areas for improvement. + Supervise procurement and the delivery of traded goods, ensuring margin targets are achieved while optimizing cost-efficiency. Requirements + Degree with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. + 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or customer service-oriented supply chain roles, ideally within complex supply chain environments. + Proven management experience, with the ability to lead diverse teams and support individual growth. + Strong focus on customer satisfaction, both for internal business units and key external clients. + Ability to implement, manage, and improve supply chain processes, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. + Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP are a plus.
