Short Description:
The Product Specialist will be responsible for child support customer service support, developing instructional and training material, document imaging implementation, functional testing of system changes and end user support in application use.
Complete Description:
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study
This position involves some travel and has a potential for working extended hours.
Role Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer centric business model focusing on customer relations, problem resolution, metrics development and analysis, development of written instructional materials and training and implementation of new or modified system functionality .
Contractor should have prior customer service and or implementation experience. Knowledge of child support a plus.
Resource will:
Identify & manage issues, risks and action items for proprietary application.
Have excellent writing skills in order to respond to customer inquiries
Design, develop, test and implement system or program changes
Coordinate and/ or conduct functional testing of change requests
Participate in the design, coordination and implementation of a document imaging solution
Assist in development of metrics for performance management
Track project outcomes and recommend corrective action as needed
