Our client, a healthcare technology company, is seeking a temporary Associate Customer Support Analyst to join their team!
About the Job:
Respond to customer support inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.Provide clients with regular updates on case progress and resolutions.Accurately document support activities and resolutions in the internal case tracking system using Salesforce.Troubleshoot customer issues independently and in collaboration with internal and external partners.Address transaction-related concerns, including prescription benefits and medical history.About You:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably with transaction-based activities.Expeirence with HTML and/or XML preferred.Experience with CRM or ticket management solutions required.Prior experience supporting healthcare professionals or transaction systems preferred.Familiarity with healthcare industry messaging standards is a plus.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.About the Position:
