Customer Support Analyst
Job Description Insight Global is looking for an analytical customer support professional to work for a large life sciences company local to Irvine, CA. This person will be working a hybrid schedule going on-site 2-3 days per week. In this role delivering customer support to the field post-sale when it comes to order management, maintenance of databases, and ensuring accuracy for capital equipment hardware. This role will utilize SAP and JDE systems to drive impactful processes to customer master data requests.
