Summary
Provides on-site technical support that requires creative problem-solving, using a consultative approach to end users on a variety of issues including but not limited to, computer hardware and software, security and network connectivity. Identifies, researches, resolves technical problems and possesses a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered.

Job DutiesConfigure, deliver, install, and validate technical equipment as requested Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware and software Identify, research, and resolve technical problems Communicates information in a timely, accurate and concise manner that fosters a collaborative environment. Maintains inventory records of hardware and peripherals Adheres to LVHN Technology defined standards and policies Develop knowledge base data based on trends to support self-service problem resolution and problem tracking metrics
Minimum QualificationsAssociate’s Degree Information Sciences and Technology related field Preferred work experience will be considered in lieu of degree 2 years Progressive experience in Information Sciences and Technology related field Attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve technical problems. Interpersonal and customer service skills as well as being self-motivated. Intricate knowledge of the use of mobile devices, networking, personal computers, printers, and computer terminology. Knowledge of network protocols, computer hardware/software and peripherals. Must be friendly, courteous, presentable, service-oriented, flexible and enjoy working with all levels of staff. Must be able to visit multiple business and education locations. (Dependent on employment location) CompTIA A+ Certification - State of Pennsylvania within 1 Year
Preferred QualificationsDL - Driver's License_PA - State of Pennsylvania
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
