Duration of 1st stage: 1 year Type: Contract Remote or Onsite: On location at the Client's site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work. Description:Our Client, a government health organization, is looking for a Customer Support Analyst. Responsibilities:• Providing End User support for billing functionality in the Health Management System (HMS) including EDI file tracking and collection agencies;• Facilitating effective communication between internal subject matter experts, Finance and Accounting staff, application development staff, and external entities;• Performing validation of documented business requirements against business processes;• Consulting with IT staff, as necessary, to provide detailed information regarding software defects, functional requirements and design of application enhancements;• Performing User Acceptance Testing including documentation of test plans;• Preparing end user documentation for training and assistance including release documentation, process flows, and help screens. Requirements:• Experience performing business process analysis (2+ years);• Experience in customer support (2+ years);• Experience working with the Health Management System (HMS) (or other health care information systems) and/or knowledge of business processes in the medical field and county health departments;• Experience training and mentoring staff;• Experience translating of business process requirements into technical requirements;• Experience validating user requirements and coordinate testing activities;• Experience with the testing of web-based applications.
