We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia. 

Main responsibilities

Welcome and assist company customers, visitors, and partners by ensuring seamless transportation and escort within the city and airport territory Offer customer guidance and support before arrival and during their stay in Tallinn Maintain constant communication with customers on site Prepare customer offices before their arrival Plan and organize events or activities for customers, sometimes after-hours engagements Collect customer feedback and relevant notes to improve the customer support service in the company Arrange hotel bookings, visas, and invitation letters for customers, if needed Perform administrative tasks and provide support to other departments within Magnetic Group when workload permits Collaborate with Business Development Manager to develop tailored action plans for each client, focusing on retention and loyalty

Main Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Estonian Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships Excellent organizational abilities, including multitasking and meeting deadlines High level of accuracy and punctuality Energetic, outgoing, and naturally positive mindset Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities Ability to represent the company to the highest standards Proficiency in MS Office tools A valid Category B driver’s license is a must
