Join us in our shared mission of opening the world through education. Your Role A full-time fixed term 12 month contract position in EF’s flagship UK language school. Based in Waterloo, EF London provides English language education to over 5000 international students from over 20 countries each year. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be the face of our vibrant school, providing support, advice and memories to our diverse student body. This role is ideal for anyone seeking exposure to international business. Responsibilities To ensure that administration of the school is run smoothly and effectively in all areas of student experience, welfare, internships, visas To maintain EF policies, regulations and Golden Rules To ensure the highest level of Customer Service throughout the school To support students in their daily life and enable them to achieve the best experience and highest learning possible To ensure excellent welfare provision in the school To help maintain ‘one team’, where the different departments liaise and interact effectively and efficiently Requirements Strong customer service skills Confident with IT Enjoys working in busy & varied environment Organised with attention to detail Creative & energetic with lots of common sense as key Ability to handle difficult situations with ease & remain calm & positive under pressure Excellent communication & people skills Flexible attitude to work and creative problem solver All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references Right to work in the UK on commencement of employment C2 level of English Additional desirable characteristics Experience working with international students and/or those with English as an additional language.
