Response to Customer Calls, Messages and Customer Requests
Customer Guide to Booking Plane Tickets Hotel Reservation & Tour
Customer Information Register CRM
Coordination with domestic teams (Sales, Financial , Suppliers) To fix the problem of customers
Identifying repeated problems and offering suggestions to improve processes
Conditions:
Minimum Degree: Bachelor of Tourism
Working experience in customer support preferably preferably Tourism field
Mastery of one of the booking systems such as Adotel, City Net, etc. CRM Software, especially Microsoft Dynamics
Understanding English at the level of conversation and understanding of texts.
