As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a key\nrole in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will report directly to our Customer Experience\nManager/Supervisor and work out of our location in Bangalore.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on our customers' experience and\nsatisfaction. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries,\nresolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Your ability to\nempathize with customers and understand their needs will be crucial in\ndelivering personalized and tailored experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.

Nationality :- Indian Citizens only

Shift\nTimings :- 7 PM - 4 AM
