GovCIO is currently hiring for a Customer Support Professional in Chicago, IL with an active Secret clearance in support of our DEA Bluestone program.
Responsibilities Installs, configures, and updates Merlin equipment. Installs COMSEC/Taclane equipment. Recommends security and site requirements for Installation, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal (IMACD) requestsPerforms system performance analysis, server troubleshooting, account management, thin client and Citrix desktop support, specifications for future equipment, site surveys, and preventative maintenanceUpdates site documentationPerforms IT incident response to resolve end-user issues to a high degree of customer satisfactionSupports hardware and software upgradesTroubleshoots hardware, software, network, and systems issues and replaces defective components Qualifications Bachelor's with 8+ years of IT support experience(or commensurate experience)Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance Company OverviewGovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT. Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
