A manufacturing and supply company in Fox Chapel is seeking a customer relations representative to join their team. This position will be responsible for assuring efficient customer contact with the Sales Department. This company has comprehensive benefits and a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide customers with pricing and delivery information.
- Create and process customer quotations and orders within ERP system (IFS).
- Send customer confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Expedite customer orders and handle customer concerns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or similar field required
- Knowledge of an ERP system
- Strong written & communication and proficient computer experience
