Description We are in search of a Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Medical Devices industry, stationed at Atlanta, Georgia. As a Customer Support Representative, your primary role will be to provide customer service and technical support for our line of products and services. This role encompasses handling inbound customer calls, solving their queries, and assisting them with technical troubleshooting issues. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment type.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle email correspondence with customers promptly and professionally.
• Carry out data entry for order entries and maintain customer records.
• Schedule appointments as necessary, managing time effectively.
• Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the team to investigate and resolve issues according to established guidelines.
• Educate customers about the range of products and services offered.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain records and perform other functions.
• Keep track of customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed.
• Document actions and discussions accurately. Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls and providing quality customer service.
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role in the medical devices industry.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent email correspondence skills to handle customer queries and complaints.
• Experience in both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for administrative tasks.
• Capable of handling order entry operations in a timely and accurate manner.
