Customer Support Specialist

System One is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a Temp-To-Hire contract position working a in Berlin, Vermont.

Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities: Address inquiries from industry partners with clarity and professionalism. Help users with password resets and other related application issues. Provide detailed support and information regarding program equipment and supplies. Analyze and explain invoices and payment history to industry partners, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Customer Support Specialist Skills and Qualifications: Strong ability to interact effectively and clearly with industry partners. Maintain a positive and supportive demeanor in all customer interactions. Reliable attendance and consistent engagement in tasks. Accurate and efficient in entering and managing data. Proficient in navigating and handling multiple screens or applications during calls. Familiarity with tablet applications and software, as well as knowledge of printer hardware and troubleshooting techniques. Proficient in multitasking and operating multiple browser tabs, using Microsoft Outlook, and basic Excel functions.
Work Location: Berlin, Vermont 05641
Contract Duration: Temp-To-Hire
Schedule: M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hr
