Job Description
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer cards, processing orders, organizing transportation, handling customer complaints, and updating pricing and special conditions in the ERP system. Your role involves ensuring smooth communication between sales and customers regarding orders, pricing, documents, samples, and other related matters.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and update customer cards.Process orders in the ERP system and send confirmations to customers without including confirmation from the production site.Conduct profitability checks on orders.Communicate all orders to the appropriate production or distribution site using pricing calculation sheets or production plant price lists.Organize transportation to the customer or a remote warehouse.Collect customer complaints and all necessary information for analysis.Communicate customer complaints under the supervision of management.Update pricing and special conditions in the ERP system for each client.Manage SR information for each client in the ERP client card.Facilitate communication between sales and customers regarding orders, pricing, documents, and samples.Perform other tasks as requested by management.Essential SkillsCustomer serviceData entrySales supportOrder entryAdministrative supportCustomer supportMicrosoft ExcelERPOrder processingPurchase orderAdditional Skills & Qualifications3 years of successful experience in a customer-facing roleWork Environment
This is a fully onsite role based in the US, within a global company. You will work in an environment where your efforts have a significant impact on day-to-day operations. The company offers 20 days of PTO and great benefits.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00
