Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd level technical support for Ohaus and MT Online dealers and end users in all technical aspects relating to our weighing, laboratory equipment’s and electro-chemistry products - repairs, trouble shooting, applications, documentation, and product information. Resolving product or service problems Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers. Support and prepare the administration in relation to warranty failures.
