Customer Support Technician

Sauna360 Inc., a globally focused leader in the sauna and steam bath industry and a Watkins Wellness Company, has an opening for a Customer Support Technician. This role troubleshoots over the phone, through email, and in the workshop, the installation and repairs of our sauna and steam heaters, generators, and app connections with electricians, plumbers, and homeowners. Wage ranges between $20-$24 per hour, depending upon experience.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

Technical degree in electrical or electro-mechanical science or equivalent experience, we talk to licensed professionals and homeowners that we need to understand how to keep them safe when working with electricity.Two years of experience repairing, installing, and supporting high and low-voltage equipment, we not only support remotely but also do warranty repair services.Great attitude, aptitude, and excellent customer service are just as important as experience, we deal with people who are frustrated that they can't figure it out themselves and they need a friendly and understanding voice to help them.Ability to effectively interact, make a decision and problem solve, our job is to solve the customer's problem, we do this all day long.Computer savvy, we work with several software programs for looking up schematics, documenting calls, and updating part numbers.Organization: you can deal with several customers in a day, and one or all require follow-up. Keeping digital records of calls and emails and communicating with the team updates for ongoing issues is imperative for good customer service.
