_CORE Foodservice has a Customer Support- Trade Analyst opportunity for remote work!_
**Position Overview:**
This role focuses on delivering top-notch service to both new and existing clients, collaborating with internal and client sales teams for promotional insights, and managing program and deductions documentation. It involves analyzing deductions to ensure accuracy, disputing invalid deductions to secure repayments, and maintaining strong customer relationships for timely resolution. Additionally, the role requires maintaining deduction reporting and program management through client portals, and performing other assigned duties as needed.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Provide the highest quality level of service to existing and new clients and customers.
+ Partners with internal sales and client sales representatives to provide promotional implementation and program insights.

+ Obtain, organize and communicate program and deductions documentation. Perform in-depth analysis of all deductions received to validate that the deduction taken is in accordance with agreed-upon terms and that the amount taken is accurate; maintain clear and detailed records of validation procedures performed.
+ Dispute invalid deductions with external customers in order to receive repayment; maintain strong customer relationships to ensure timely resolution.
+ Maintain deduction reporting and program management timely and fluently utilizing client portals and processing guidelines.
+ Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

+ Proficient in software programs that clients may require the company to use.

+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

+ Communicate effectively with internal and external business personnel.
+ Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
