Role: 

We are seeking a Customer Support for our client-dedicated team. This person will provide support to EMEA Shared Service Center (SSC) Team. Customer Support with German works closely with Client representatives and supports the property management team in Berlin working for our Client in managing the commute benefit program. 
 

Responsibilities: 

Management of employee data collected in the context of local public transport 

Execution of employee registration and deregistration, changes to customer data as well as final clarification of invoice inquiries and payment processing up to the conclusion of the contracts 

Maintenance of the contracts 

Preparation of a monthly report form with the performance team 

Control of invoices and processing of incoming and outgoing mails 

Support and cover other team services as required, such as courier services, site inspections, and one-off administrative tasks 

Handling of incoming complaints 

Supplier management and communication with the transport company 

Communication and information to employees 

 

Requirements: 

Fluent German and the ability to communicate in English 

Experience in customer service, call center or debt collection 

Office or data entry experience 

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 

MS skills 

Outstanding customer service skills with the ability and confidence in communicating to customers at all levels, both written and verbal. 

Strong problem-solving skills 

Attention to detail.
