**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Customer Service Associate, you will guide the team responsible for assigning tasks related to resolving complex day-to-day and escalated issues.
This job is part of the Call Center job function. They are responsible for providing end-to-end support to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Generates and dispatches service request work orders for completion by vendors or technicians.
+ Consistently provides a positive, all-inclusive customer experience by “owning” every customer experience focusing on and driving toward superior customer service
+ Consistently shows commitment toward achieving key performance indicators
+ Uses critical thinking to solve problems, provide guidance and find solutions for multiple customers
+ Documents client maintenance issues accurately in a timely and professional manner
+ Communicates with service providers and client locations to ensure work order status and quotes are accurate
+ Maintains a positive attitude with peers and while taking accountability for actions
+ Follows established guidelines for operating procedures, quality, and productivity
+ Effectively responds to and follows through on commitments with a focus on quick turnaround
+ Builds a proven track record and reputation for achieving results through an emphasis on detail and follow through
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
+ Minimum two years of related experience.
+ A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
+ Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
+ Dispatching, order processing, customer service or related experience preferred
