FlexStaff is hiring several Call Center Agents for our client , a company located in New Hyde Park, Long Island, that handles the most reliable and comprehensive class action administration resources for their clients. These are temp to hire, full time opportunities, starting at $23.00 per hour.

These roles will require that you work 100% on site from 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. As a Call Center Agent, you will work off a script. You are not selling anything. You will be taking inbound calls at first and then will be trained to handle outbound calls as well.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills over the phone, as well as possess proficient computer skills( word, excel, and typing).
