SAVA is in search of an IT professional to join our family as a Customer Technical Support Analyst III supporting the Coast Guard in St. Louis, MO.

**Responsibilities**
+ Analyze and resolve computer, software and network problems.
+ Define and enhance computer applications used.
+ Test and integrates programs.
+ Use automated information systems to analyze and resolve technical issue.
+ Interact with other team members such as network services, software engineering, and/or applications development to restore services and/or identify and correct the problem.
**Qualifications**
+ Active Secret Security Clearance.
+ Active IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security+).
+ High School Diploma.
+ 3 years of relevant IT experience.
+ Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
+ Experience maintaining configuration management data and documentation.
+ Experience Troubleshooting and resolving network, computer and software problems.
+ Strong customer service and communication skills.
