Additionally, support Ball Sales, Quality, and Manufacturing for a successful business and relationship. You will coordinate, support, and be present on-site throughout the manufacturing of products, from production to filling, whether for trials or standard products. This includes the evaluation of processes from both a technical and quality perspective to improve and strengthen the business. Ensure a strong relationship between the customer and Ball. **Key Responsibilities Include:** + **Accompanying production and new product development:** Provide support and advice during production, filling, and follow-up processes regarding technical and quality topics. + **Support and consult our business partners:** Ensure excellent customer service, including complaint management and quality. + **Interface & coordination:** Collaborate closely with internal departments and coordinate communication with our customers. + **Process improvement:** Internally coordinate improvement measures based on customer feedback. + **Project support:** Provide technical support and assistance in the implementation of projects.
