General Summary
The Customer Technology analyst assists in finding solutions to integrate key business processes connecting Key Retailers/Customer Teams, Sales HQ, Supply Chain, and the DSD Retail Execution Team.  This role will interact with multiple internal and external partners at various levels who are responsible for technology enablement. This role requires ability to operate cross-functionally, project management skills, and experience utilizing retailer data to improve in-store execution. Initiatives may include assisting in development of new business processes or improving existing processes, in collaboration with cross-functional teams tasked with implementing technological solutions. Core projects will include solutions which integrate retailer technology programs (i.e., Walmart Customer Assisted Ordering) with our technology strategy (i.e. Route Level Suggested Order). This role will work closely with the Project STAR team as this platform is at the center of our technology strategy. This role will work very closely with both CPB and Retailer Information Technology teams and the incumbent should possess an understanding of how information technology can be utilized to drive better in-store execution.

Principal Responsibilities:
•    Assist with the development of solutions in partnership with IT, Customer Teams, Sales HQ/Ops, and Retail Execution to set up and maintain customer-led initiatives like CAO, ASN, SBT, etc.
•    Work on projects such as Walmart CAO initiative and Suggested Ordering with support from customer teams, IT, and Supply chain, and Retail Execution.
•    Collaborate with the STAR project team to develop viable solutions to improve in-store execution.
•    Assist with solution rollout and related change management.
•    Review success KPIs and modify program as needed.
•    Provide project updates to key stakeholders.
•    Additional duties as assigned.

Job Complexity / Scope:
•    Provide direct support to the DSD retail execution team nationally, as well as customer teams
•    Demonstrated ability to critically analyze effectiveness solutions 
•    Ability to make solid recommendations based on understanding how processes come together
•    Ability to prioritize and synthesize large volumes of sales information into simple actionable 
      instructions.
•    Demonstrated competency for how information technology can be leveraged in a sales environment 
      to improve in-store execution.
•    Ability to work with cross-functional teams at various levels.

Job Specifications:
•    Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
•    2+ years of CPG experience including DSD experience
•    Experience in project management preferred
•    Sales/IBP forecasting and customer planning experience and/or direct retail DSD execution experience is preferred.
•    High degree of business and financial acumen
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•    Strong problem-solving skills
•    Strong knowledge and use of syndicated data resources (IRI & AC Nielsen).
•    Proficient with all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


Working Conditions
This role will be based at Camden HQ.  Also, it is likely that travel to retailer offices or other internal sales offices will be required.  Estimated required travel is 10%-15%.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stoop or kneel. The employee must be able to sit most of the day, typing and using the phone.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$61,800-$97,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
