Customer Value Director

More than 3,000 global organizations large and small trust Coupa to transform operating margins, increase efficiencies and growth, optimize cash, and reduce risk.What you will do:Customer Success Directors represent the primary point of contact from Coupa to customers after customer go-live.Work with, coach, and advise customer teams to drive success strategies and to achieve customer goals.Provide communication to customers regarding Coupa, new product capabilities and other critical information.Specific goals center on the following:Customer success, value identification and measurementCustomer referenceabilityCustomer renewal and growth of annual contract value.Customer solution expansionKey Activities:Establish role as trusted advisorParticipate in customer value framework workshopsDrive periodic business/value reviewsDevelop and drive value plansManage renewalsConduct scheduled customer check-insMonitor customer performanceManage customer relationshipsCoordinate Coupa internal resources as neededShare best practices ideas, product information, and relevant Coupa news.Support/drive customer campaignsWhat you will bring to Coupa:Strong P2P and/or S2C domain expertiseStrong background in customer / client managementEntrepreneurial AttitudeNegotiation SkillsExperience with demonstrated success in the following:Managing client expectationsDeveloping and maintaining executive relationships and associated influencing strategiesProject management including managing disparate, cross-functional, cross-enterprise project teamsAbility to have value-based conversation with business executivesStrong organizational and data analytic skillsStrong communication skills including professional writing skills, verbal skills and experience presenting to executive teamsBackground in software and SaaS solutions a plusMinimum bachelor’s degree required – master’s degree a plus#LI-Remote#LI-AA2
