You will be responsible for….

Maintaining a regular cadence/engagement of communication with customers about their adoption trends, future desired strategy alignment, and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and growth of wallet share.Fully understand the different roles of each department within the company and the processes linked to these departments, acting as a link between all functions with a clear customer-centric mindsetBringing the voice of the customers inside the organization while constantly measuring their level of satisfaction.Taking inquiries and requests from customers.Managing the communication with different internal and external stakeholders daily (e.g., Logistics, IT, procurement, senior management, etc.)Supporting Sales  with the identification of cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities within your portfolio of customersBe responsible for the ramp-up of your customer portfolio. 

You are ready if you have….

 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles. Good knowledge of the Logistics Sector. Experience in SaaS would be nice to have, but not mandatory. Fluent level of English. Any other language would be a plus.Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services).Experience in building and maintaining relationships, while working to maintain customer retention and drive engagement and renewals.The ability to work conceptually and connect quickly with new people, and build trust and rapport easily.A results-driven mentality, strong organizational and analytical skills, and a willingness to learn new technical notions.

Compensation
Target salary range: 80,000 - $100,000 + commission. The final offer will be based on the candidate's skills
