Job Title: Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing methodologies and possess 3-5 years of relevant experience. As a Salesforce QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications through comprehensive testing and validation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on Salesforce solutions. Identify, document, and track software defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with testing strategies. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress and issues encountered. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce quality assurance/testing roles. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities. Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation. Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Selenium, Apex Test Framework, or similar. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified App Builder) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components. Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices. Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare or finance.
