Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Customs Entry Specialist to join their team. As a Customs Entry Specialist, you will be part of the Office department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customs Entry Specialist
**Location:** Springfield Gardens, NY
**Pay Range:** $19 - 20 per hour
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5 pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Process customs entries and ensure compliance with regulations.
+ Communicate with clients and customs officials regarding documentation.
+ Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions.
+ Assist in resolving any customs-related issues that may arise.
+ Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs entry or related field.
+ High School diploma or GED required.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customs software.
