We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who want to make an impact on our Customs business at the Global Head Office of DHL Freight in Bonn. 

As Customs Product Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in increasing sales efficiency and collaboration across our organization. You will support marketing and communication activities, manage customer relationships from the tender phase through implementation, and lead project onboarding for new Customs customers.

In this role, you will:

Understand and address customer requirements for Customs, ensuring qualitative and competitive solutions. Coordinate tender requests for multi-country opportunities and review quotes from various countries. Manage virtual teams to ensure customer projects are executed as per agreed scope, timelines, and budget. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic sales objectives and drive sales campaigns for customs. Drive continuous improvement projects and support marketing initiatives.to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge in the logistics industry.

Our perfect match:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in the logistics or customs industry, with a proven track record in business development and project management. Ideally you are very familiar with one or multiple project management methodologies. Language Skills: Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English, with very good German language skills.  Education: A degree in business management or a related field. Skills: Strong customer affinity, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to manage relationships across cultural boundaries.
