Job Description:

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts

CoWorx Staffing is looking for a Cut and Mark Tubing Operator to join our team in Marlborough, MA!
This is a Machine Operator based role and experience is required.

Responsibilities:

· Operate and monitor small benchtop semi-automatic machinery. Machine function is to feed light-weight plastic tubing, that is advanced, hot stamped, and cut to length

· Read and understand appropriate cut-tubing blueprints and/or process instructions and inspect production to ensure parts are correct

· Perform adjustments to machinery as required to set up new jobs, maintain proper tubing length, acceptable marking, and print positioning on cut pieces if applicable

· Use small hand tools to adjust (wrenches and screwdrivers)

· Ability to properly use of hand measuring tools such as verniers and micrometers

· Other duties as assigned by management

Desired Background/Skills:

· Detailed oriented and able to perform basic intricate physical inspection

· Work independently following general procedures

· Ability to move/handle boxes weighing up to 20 lbs

· Use of skills requiring motor coordination with finger dexterity

· Ability to work well with others and follow specific instructions and written specifications with efficiency and accuracy

Education, Experience, Licenses and Certifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· 6 months experience working in a manufacturing/maintenance environment
