Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Marshville, North Carolina to find an experienced and eager cut back saw operator to join their growing team! The main responsibility of a cut back saw operator is to maintain a continuous flow of pallet board (short) by placing the board on an infeed chain to the cut back saw. Qualifications: + Excellent attendance + Excellent vision and hearing + Follow prescribed verbal directions + Refer repairs needed to supervisor + Follow all safety related concerns to include lock-out/tag-out procedures + Observe and have ability to recognize faulty equipment such as saws heating, bad bearings, and dull blades + Maintain clean and orderly work area + Work in a safe manner Pay rate for this position is $13.50 - 14.50 an hour with a chance to become permanent with the client.
