Under general supervision, must exercise knowledge to perform a variety of job duties relating to the proficient set-ups of Cut-Off machines including but not limited to:
Reviewing router to determine set-up, tooling and specification of parts.Ability to distinguish and utilize the Heat Number and Length Reading when interpreting router.Perform set-up and operation of machines effectively and within specified time framesAssist and train new operators effectivelyAdhere to all AIC company policiesOther duties as assigned
In addition to the above, Operators are to maintain an organized, clean and safe work area using safety standards and expectations while adhering to all quality practices. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED, and certificate from a technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
