Position Summary 

Management of an IT cross stream on hub level providing methodological guidance and execution of a roll-in project in alignment with the IT PM.

Requirements 

Education 
Bachelor/Master's Degree.

Experience 
1、10+ SAP project management experience in Global projects
2、Consulting firm and internal PMO dept. experience preferred
3、Proven experience with cutover management in the context of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
4、Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT staff and external vendors / partners.
5、Proven ability to lead technical resources regarding functional topics.
6、Excellent organizational and communication skills.

7、Fluent in English and Chinese

Main Tasks

1、Provide guidance on methodology for cutover management to entity roll-ins in the deployment teams and establish methodological guardrails.
2、Develop high-level cutover plan (incl. dry-runs, contingency planning, etc.) and manage/mitigate risks for multiple SAP roll-in projects.
3、Collaborate with global and hubs to ensure that the cutover plan is synchronized with parallel cutovers regarding timelines & conflict resolution.
4、Work closely with the IT PM to align the cutover activities with the overall roll-in plan and parallel roll-ins on regional and global level.
5、Ensure that all parties are aligned with the cutover strategy and timelines.
6、Report on local cutover status to Global IT cross lead and resolve arising challenges in close collaboration with deployment team.
7、Ensure documentation (incl. lessons learned) and guidance for subsequent cutovers.
8、Mainly take responsible for cutover activities during project cutover phase and take other assigned project management tasks for whole project lifecycle.
