GENERAL PURPOSE: The Entry Die Cutter Operator is responsible for locking up tooling used in Die Cutting Operation. Required to cover cutters for breaks as assigned by Supervisor. Required to assist with jogging board, operating baler, working in TRA and other duties assigned. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Hand-strip jobs that don\u2019t have necessary tooling. * Stage loads for cutting based on schedule * Stage tooling for cutters as required by workload. * Assist on M/Rs as needed (determined by schedule/crewing). QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have high school diploma or G.E.D. * On the job training will be required. * Basic PC skills * Basic mechanical skills. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. * Good communication skills. * Ability to work with little supervision. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Good mathematical ability, including good understanding of measurements. * Must comply with all plant and corporate policies. * This position will keep department in specs within all 5S and SQF guidelines, and immediately report any food safety concerns to management.
