Operate machinery to apply insulation / shield to cable or wire

Shift: Friday - Sunday 7pm -7am
Training Shift: Mon -Thur 7pm -7am
Pay: $21.00/hr.
Shift Difference: $2.00/hr

· Set up machinery / processes in Tower, Pay off and Take up areas (assigned area)Review documentation / work orders

· Operate machinery in assigned area

· Clean and reassemble machinery in assigned area

· Monitor controls, materials and processes in assigned area

· Monitor quality of production

· Load / replace materials in assigned area

· Change out product and slice product for continued production

· Repair machinery and prepare components for machines in assigned area

· Coordinate other repairs with maintenance and engineering

· Operate power moving devices, change propane cylinders

· Communicate with supervisor

· Direct helpers

· Document processes

· Communicate with supervisor
