Job Description

What you can look forward to as CV Fleet Expert Poland / Baltics:

Develop cooperation with bus, truck, and trailer fleet owners and fleet operators in the dedicated market. Conduct meetings with customers and negotiate cooperation contracts. Plan and implement sales support actions and forecast sales values for defined customers. Monitor and protect the achievement of planned results and increase turnover of ZF spare parts. Search for new potential workshop network partners and implement network development strategies in the defined region. Build long-term cooperation with existing and potential business partners and present the workshop network during meetings and events. Seek new business opportunities, inform about new products and campaigns, and achieve defined targets. Provide technical services, conduct sales and technical training, and support the resolution of technical issues in the field.

Your Profile as CV Fleet Expert Poland / Baltics:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales support; Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with fleets or workshops; Technical background, at least a technical high school diploma; Strong customer focus; Advanced proficiency in Polish and English (proficiency in Latvian or Lithuanian is an advantage) Excellent organizational skills and the ability to solve technical issues, work effectively in a team, and communicate clearly; Experience in the automotive aftermarket sector; International experience is preferred;
