General Description: Supervise, evaluate and direct employees, ensure proper training of employees, meet production schedules, maximize yields, monitor and confirm that areas are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production, complete daily paperwork, promote safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Extensive knowledge of productsPrior supervisory experience helpfulBe able to communicate verbally and in written form in EnglishBi-lingual helpful but not required

High school diploma or equivalentCollege experience recommended
