Danfoss Global Services Division is looking for a new employee for the position of Central Vendor Master Administrator. 

As part of the Central Vendor Master Team  you will be responsible for creation and maintenance of Danfoss suppliers in SAP and non-SAP systems within timelines and accuracy. You will support various processes and systems, liaise with different stakeholders from all Danfoss locations.

One of the key tasks will be to keep vendor data in high quality and ensure data governance as well as support the procurement organisations globally.

Job Responsibilities

 

Your tasks at the position will include: 

End to end responsibility for vendor creation, extension and changes in Vendor master data in MDG or SAP systems on general and company code level Creation and maintenance of master data for banking details End to end responsibility for handling service requests and different type of incidents Data validation, ensurance the data quality and integrity, supporting the data cleansing and data enrichment activities Daily support on running automation solutions within the vendor master area, handling the errors Supporting trainings for CVMT and assist stakeholders from different departments Participation in internal projects to enhance our systems and processes as well as data quality improvement activities Background & Skills

 

Your ideal skills and background:

Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or similiar 1-3 years experience on the similar position (procurement, finance) or other relevant  SAP, SAP MDG and ERP systems knowledge, especially vendor master data would be an advantage Communication skills with a solid written and spoken English knowledge Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Experience within process optimization and process automation would be an advantage Analytical and problem solving skills Attention to details High level of personal drive and ability to organize and prioritize deliverables Employee Benefits
