We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader with a proven track record in managing and expanding relationships with key retail partners. The Team Lead - CVS/Rite Aid, will lead one of Coty's top strategic customer teams, managing the CVS and Rite Aid businesses. This role is critical in driving growth, ensuring business continuity, and developing strategic initiatives with CVS/Rite Aid. This Team lead - CVS/Rite Aid will be based in Rhode Island.
THE ROLE
As our Lead - CVS/Rite Aid, you are responsible for driving growth, ensuring business continuity, and developing strategic initiatives with CVS/RiteAid.
Your main focus:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for customer and vendor relationship management, collaborate with executive leadership to align customer and vendor strategies with business goals and identify new business opportunities to pursue that will expand our market reach and customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and drive satisfaction, implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service and product offerings, lead the development of customized solutions to meet customer demands and growing our brands and categories.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on customer and vendor solutions, foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team, provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to consumption to all P&L lines and provide regular reports to the executive team on the status of customer and vendor relationships.
- Manage all site responsibilities in Woonsocket, RI office
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer and vendor relationship management, preferably within the CPG industry. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer and vendor strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Base Salary Range: $165,000 - $180,000
