Adecco is hiring immediately for a great opportunity for a Customer Service Rep, in Memphis, TN. As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience. The work is Tuesday - Saturday, 7 am -4 pm. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues • Monitor progress of delivery routes • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders REQUIREMENTS: **Education and Experience** Required • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • High school diploma or equivalent • 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues • Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills • Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations Minimum Physical Requirements + What's in this for you? + Weekly pay starting at $ 17.50/hr. + Competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Click on apply now for immediate consideration for this Customer Service Position in Memphis, TN!
