CWR-Customer Service Rep I

Our client, a leader in the LARGE BOX STORE, is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join their team The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative I

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $18 per hour Monday - Saturday; 10 am - 6:30 pm

What's the Job?

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email. Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner. Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues effectively. Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely service. Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders as needed.

What's Needed?

Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High school diploma or equivalent. 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues. Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
