Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Activities for client technology implementation projects including the following:
• Work with clients and account teams to document detailed system features and requirements, develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, ensure availability and allocation.
• Track & measure project performance
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Perform ongoing project management including maintaining accurate client records with weekly status reports and updates.
• Provide project management oversight and delegation of all BA support analyst activities including migration of data and report development.
• Provide project closeout activities and transition to Production support.
• Report and escalate to management as necessary to ensure sponsorship and support of “at risk” projects.
• Utilizing existing C&W/Client infrastructure and software as well as the application of new software technologies and systems integration (as required) to support service delivery and enhance the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) platform.
• Works in partnership with senior leadership, clients, account teams, and representative business lines to develop, promote, and deliver technology services, solutions, and platform capabilities.
Specific Credentials or Work Experience Requirements
• BA in IT or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years managing technical projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
• Experience applying analytical thinking and critical thinking skills.
• Proven Project Management, ITIL or SDLC. Knowledge of service order, contract, supplier management, procurement, and/or accounting practices to aid in the identification, management, and resolution of technology problems for effective client service delivery.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
• Must be proactive, flexible, responsible, and resourceful.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $102,000.00 - $120,000.00
