The Client Experience Coordinator works within the Client Outreach team with responsibilities that include Magic Makers, Make It Right, Loan Officer Partner Points and feedback provides via Ushare and NPS.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGOur job is to make a positive impact on our clients experience with UWM.
Research, process, track and manage all our clients redemptions.Streamlining the client experience through Partner PointsSupport and shape the relationships between team members and our clientsUnderstanding the needs and wants of clients through gift giving and our client incentive programResearch, process, track and manage all case types.Collaborate with others for creative and unique gift ideas.Continual service improvements to ensure that our clients’ needs are met.Work pro-actively within the Client Experience team to assist with problem solving, feedback and communication. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUMust Have Qualifications:
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Minimum of three years of job related experience
• Passion for client service and able to work in a face paced environment
